Getting Started – A Quick FAQ
Are events automatically added from ACTIVEWorks Endurance?
When you first set up Activity Cloud, we need to help you load all the data from ACTIVEWorks Endurance. When you’re ready to set up your Activity Cloud account, just log in. All your data will be ported over and your past and current events will be ready to explore.
How do I view my event(s) in Activity Cloud?
Activity Cloud is segmented by the individual events that you’ve created in Activity Cloud, so if you have more than one event, you’re able to view each event separately via the Launchpad when you log in.
If I’ve created an event in Activity Cloud, does it automatically show up in ACTIVEWorks Endurance?
When you create an event in Activity Cloud, it will show up as “tentative” in ACTIVEWorks Endurance. From there, you need to access ACTIVEWorks Endurance and set the event to activate the event.
